  • Which career path is better -- climbing the ladder within a corporation or writing your own ticket as an entrepreneur?
  • Who is modeling leadership in today’s business world? How can you find and get help from these mentors?
  • What racial and gender-based pitfalls await women of color in the workplace? How can these sidetracks be avoided?
